CI Azumano Travel is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of key accounts in a fully remote role. The role focuses on upselling travel solutions, developing multiple client relationships, and driving profitability by meeting client needs.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, manage negotiatons, and collaborate with internal teams to align services with client goals. Travel 30% is required.

Formación

• College degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or travel management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize ways to broaden CI Azumano’s business relationships and drive client loyalty in a partnership culture.
• Represent CI Azumano brand through interactions with all key internal and external stakeholders. Represent the department during new sales process on selected key prospects.
• Be the cheerleader for the clients internally by keeping all departments informed and focused on obtaining the clients' business goals.
• Proactively look for objections and become the conduit to find solutions.
