Job summary

CI Azumano Travel, part of Seneca Holdings, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of key accounts. The role focuses on upselling customized travel solutions and maintaining strong relationships to identify threats and opportunities for CI Azumano.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, drive revenue, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client SLAs while expanding business opportunities. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or travel management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of financial travel program drivers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Strategize ways to broaden CI Azumano's business relationships and drive client loyalty in a partnership culture.
• Represent CI Azumano brand through interactions with all key internal and external stakeholders.
• Be the cheerleader for the clients internally by keeping all departments informed and focused on obtaining the clients' business goals.
• Proactively identify objections and work to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with managers and staff to ensure cooperation and achievement of service standards.
• Review client program performance and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Coordinate with the client to develop a travel curriculum and conduct training sessions.
