This remote role focuses on serving as a trusted advisor, driving customized travel solutions, and increasing revenue by upselling services while building strong client relationships.

You will collaborate across internal teams, interpret contracts, manage expectations, and develop annual business plans.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Strategize ways to broaden CI Azumano's business relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Represent CI Azumano brand with stakeholders and during new sales processes.
• Be the internal cheerleader, keeping departments informed to meet client goals.
• Proactively address objections and deliver solutions.
• Know your client better than your contact and build win-win team approaches.
• Understand the financial side of travel management and drive profitability.
• Interpret contracts to meet client SLAs while staying within scope.
• Develop annual business plans with measurable progress and review with stakeholders.
