Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or GED or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience arranging domestic and international travel.
• Experience using the Global Distribution System Apollo and ticketing software.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of a GDS, airline travel sites, online booking tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a travel expert and professional guide for contracted corporate clients.
• Plan domestic and international business travel that adheres to client policies and provides high-quality arrangements.
• Maintain updates and communications with client organizations regarding itineraries and travel advisories.
