CI Azumano, a Seneca Holdings travel management company, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to support a portfolio of key accounts. This remote role emphasizes delivering customized travel solutions, upselling services, and building lasting client partnerships.

You will collaborate across internal teams, negotiate favorable terms, and develop annual plans to meet client goals while ensuring profitability. Travel to client sites may be required up to 30% of the time as part of relationship

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in account management, client services, or travel management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of financial travel program drivers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Strategize ways to broaden CI Azumano’s business relationships and drive client loyalty in a partnership culture.
• Represent CI Azumano brand through interactions with all key stakeholders, and participate in new sales processes on key prospects.
• Be the internal champion for clients by keeping departments informed to meet client goals.
• Proactively address objections and collaborate to find solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers to ensure service standards and client success.
• Create annual business plans with customers and track progress to goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client SLA and profitability targets.
