Jobgether is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for our partner in Germany. You will own the full customer journey for API and data product clients, from onboarding and integration to adoption, renewals, and expansion, coordinating with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering and Marketing to deliver measurable business value.

This remote-first role requires strong English, technical curiosity, and ownership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Technical Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
• Experience with APIs or data products, or related technical/PM background.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, data flows; coding not required.
• Strong customer leadership, ownership, and communication.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive value and growth.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of API and data product customers, guiding them through onboarding, integration, adoption, renewals and expansion.
• Lead regular customer meetings, maintain engagement, and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and develop plans to improve adoption and retention.
• Spot expansion opportunities and manage the process from discovery to upgrade.
• Own renewals and maintain accurate account information.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer needs into improvements.
