Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our global Sales organization in a remote capacity. You will partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, shape talent strategy, and build proactive pipelines that enable rapid growth while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

You will influence leaders, map talent markets, and drive end-to-end recruitment from search through offers, ensuring alignment with Kinaxis's goals and culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition or advisory roles.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, talent engagement, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience developing proactive talent pipelines and long-term recruiting strategies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Sales leaders as a strategic advisor on talent needs and hiring strategy.
• Develop pipelines of high-caliber talent aligned to business needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales functions and levels, delivering a great candidate experience.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to leaders to drive continuous improvement.
