Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our global Sales organization in a remote-capable role. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping talent strategies, anticipating hiring needs, and building pipelines that enable rapid growth as priorities evolve.

You will partner with Sales leaders to design interview processes, manage offers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging market insights and recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition or advisory roles for commercial orgs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Proven sourcing, engagement, and long-term pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales functions and levels.
• Partner with Sales leaders to shape hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop robust talent pipelines and engage passive candidates regularly.
• Guide interview design, assessment, and offer processes with stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and deliver insights to leaders for continuous improvement.
