Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our global Sales organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping talent strategies, anticipating hiring needs, and building pipelines to move quickly as priorities evolve.

You will partner with Sales leaders to identify future talent needs, influence decisions with market insights, and oversee end-to-end recruitment, interview design, and offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition or advisory roles.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience building proactive talent pipelines and long-term recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, sourcing platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales functions and levels.
• Develop talent strategies, workforce planning, and hiring recommendations.
• Build robust pipelines and engage passive candidates long before demand.
• Guide interview design, assessment, and offers with a focus on candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leaders.
