Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our global Sales organization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping talent strategies, building pipelines, and partnering with Sales leaders to anticipate hiring needs in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, candidate experience excellence, interview design guidance, and market insights to improve hiring effectiveness. Remote work across the US/Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or talent advisory roles, preferably supporting commercial organizations in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, talent engagement, and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of Sales functions and levels.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Guide leaders through interview design, assessment, selection, and offer stages.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
