Job summary

AMSURG, a nationwide leader in ambulatory surgery center management, seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals and drive organizational performance. You will partner with leaders to shape workforce planning, recruitment, training, and employee development across multiple business units.

This primarily remote position offers flexibility to work from home while giving strong consideration to candidates who can commute to the Nashville, TN office when

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Business, HR, or related discipline is required.
• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience; preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience in at least two HR functional areas: talent development, talent management, performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, HR process improvement, employee relations.
• Experience in the healthcare/ASC space strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the employee life cycle and employee experience for their business unit.
• Provides strategy, guidance, and support to business leaders in people management aligned with business strategy.
• Identifies business needs and brings relevant HR solutions to the business.
• Advises on People & Culture programs, processes, policies, and service delivery.
• Leads employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
