Job summary

AMS is seeking a driven Recruiter to manage full‑lifecycle recruitment across multiple departments. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high‑caliber candidates, and guide applicants through interview and onboarding.

You will build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for our brand and culture. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and hands‑on ATS experience (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday/BambooHR).

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• HANDS‑on experience with modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR).
• Demonstrated expertise using advanced sourcing techniques and social recruitment tools.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, privacy regulations, and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across multiple departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance).
• Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills and culture fit.
• Write and publish compelling job descriptions to attract diverse applicant pools.
