You will manage the full cycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers—while partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and build strong candidate pipelines. You will proactively source candidates through traditional and alternative channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional organizations, and track monthly

Qualifikationen

• Three years of recruiting and related HR experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) required; experience in ADP preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the Company.
• Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of AMERISAFE systems or the ability to learn them.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history and reliable transportation.
• Foster AMERISAFE culture by embracing pillars of consistency, focus, frugality, ownership and service.

• Lead recruitment efforts for positions across the organization (entry level to management).
• Manage full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up and support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create pipelines.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through traditional and alternative channels.
• Leverage external sources like LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional organizations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications; conduct reference checks.
• Provide updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics monthly.
• Participate in job fairs, recruiting events and networking opportunities.
• Promote AMERISAFE culture and employer brand to attract long-term fits.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and pay transparency.
