AMS is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for high-volume roles across multiple functions in the U.S. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in full-cycle recruitment within a high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS, preferably Avature, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes from intake through offer stage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and set recruitment strategies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications.
• Use ATS to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for onboarding.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline activity; report to stakeholders.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
