Qualifications

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines and conduct initial outreach.
• Provide market intelligence, sourcing insights, and qualified candidate pools to recruiters and leaders.
