The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and delivering a positive candidate experience while leveraging Workday, Phenom, HireVue, and Datapeople to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategic sourcing.
• Experience identifying, engaging, and recruiting talent for specialized positions or high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and utilizing multiple recruitment channels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates, active or passive.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to provide market intelligence and qualified candidate pipelines.
