The role partners with business leaders and recruiting teams to build talent pipelines, apply market intelligence, and continuously improve candidate experiences across TA initiatives. Remote work with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategic sourcing.
• Proven success identifying, engaging, and recruiting talent for specialized positions or high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and utilizing multiple recruitment channels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to execute hiring initiatives and provide consultative guidance on talent availability, labor market trends, candidate engagement, and best practices.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, digital platforms, and targeted recruitment campaigns; assess interest, experience and fit.
• Utilize Workday, Phenom, HireVue and other TA tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience and collaborate with recruiters and leaders to meet staffing objectives.
