Formación

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategic sourcing.
• Proven success identifying, engaging, and recruiting for specialized positions or high-volume hiring.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and using multiple recruitment channels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
