Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategic sourcing.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and recruiting technologies.
• Experience supporting healthcare or specialized recruitment initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy: Partner with business leaders and recruiting teams to develop sourcing strategies to execute hiring initiatives.
• Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
• Technology & Process Optimization: Leverage recruiting technologies (Workday, Phenom, HireVue) to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience and support hiring priorities.
