Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or business; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in supervisory roles.
• Pharma or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading in a matrix environment with high-value impact.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer partnerships, targets, results, and continuity.
• Develop strategic offerings from insights into customer needs and finances.
• Manage governance program for client portfolios across service lines.
• Report on KPIs and performance; improve relationship health and operations.
• Proactively resolve issues by engaging internal and client executives.
• Deliver value through improvement initiatives and ensure contract compliance.
• Promote harmonization across sites using a PPI approach.
• Forecast, communicate, and report program status during reviews.
• Build influential relationships across a broad network.
• Create presentations translating data into actionable narratives.
