Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences (MBA preferred) and 10+ years in strategy, business development, or marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience navigating matrixed, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with long-term objectives.
• Evaluate industry trends, customer dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support inorganic growth initiatives, including market assessments, business case development, and integration planning.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through partnerships and market expansion.
• Lead market sizing, competitive dynamics, and unmet customer needs to shape business cases.
• Define go-to-market strategies and drive collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Partner with regional and global teams to enter high-potential markets.
