Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Key Accounts to lead a global portfolio within the IVD market. You will build strategic plans, manage contracted business, and negotiate opportunities with major customers across functions including procurement, operations, R&D, and quality.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and R&D to deliver profitable growth, lead quarterly reviews, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while expanding partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific/technical field as required.
• 8+ years in strategic account management, BD, or complex B2B sales.
• Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans defining priorities and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned strategic accounts across multiple functions.
• Manage contracted portfolio including pricing, forecasts, and obligations.
• Lead commercial negotiations for existing and new business.
• Identify and advance new opportunities across the IVD portfolio.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with executive-level customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to close performance gaps and risks.
• Develop commercial proposals and customer-facing materials.
