1Kosmos Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise opportunities. You will lead technical responses to RFPs, architect solutions for customers, and drive demos and integrations across varied verticals.

You will collaborate with sales to communicate value, develop custom presentations, and mentor other engineers while supporting a flexible remote work model across the United States.

Competenze

• 5+ years of solutions engineering or pre-sales experience.
• Experience with identity proofing and identity verification technologies.
• Experience supporting large enterprise opportunities and complex sales cycles.
• Ability to travel 25% to 35%, including day trips and overnight travel.
• Knowledge of enterprise buying processes and ability to support a commercial-focused team.
• Awareness and experience in access management and the IAM domain.
• Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of scripting and AI tools to improve processes.

• Provide technical assistance throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities.
• Delivers and customizes technical presentations on 1Kosmos solutions.
• Explain the value to customers with use cases and required capabilities.
• Participate in sales calls to manage technical requirements clearly.
• Identify and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop integrations with applications and APIs.
• Lead and respond to RFPs as required by the organization.
• Interface with analysts and provide responses to questionnaires and demos.
• Develop demos for various verticals to showcase 1Kosmos solutions.
• Lead on large or complex opportunities with tight customer requirements.
• Write Proof of Value success criteria and manage the environment for customer validation.
• Provide demonstrations for webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events.
• Review RFP requirements to determine the right solution and bid viability.
• Provide implementation leadership when required.
• Feedback to product team on market needs and roadmap.
