Job summary

ZF Group is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to oversee the Northeast region on a remote basis. You will manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and translate customer voice into actionable strategy, while coordinating cross-functional teams across product development and operations.

The role requires 50–75% travel, deep aftermarket knowledge, and strong negotiation/presentation skills to maintain premium service levels and optimize customer relationships across the territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in technical/sales roles, preferably in heavy truck or automotive aftermarket.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills.
• Strong commercial understanding of assigned region/customers.
• Ability to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ process for all customer requests.
• Execute sales growth strategies across assigned accounts.
• Ensure responsiveness to customer needs and communicate internally.
• Strengthen the account team to meet internal and external expectations.
• Maintain product development strategies to fulfill customer/market needs.
• Initiate and implement campaigns, projects, and events as required.
• Support negotiations with customers, including contracts and promotions.
• Deliver premium service levels across the value chain.
