Job summary

EAB is seeking an Associate Director of Research Advisory Services to advise senior university leaders, translate data into strategic recommendations, and drive outcomes across enrollment, student success, and institutional strategy. The role combines field engagement with content delivery and client collaboration to shape education outcomes nationwide.

Ideal candidates bring substantial experience working with executives, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to influence decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record; 5+ years of post-graduate, professional experience or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to engage senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain issue expertise across research terrains relevant to university executives and leadership teams.
• Deliver EAB’s advice through phone consultations, virtual meetings, conferences, and on-campus presentations.
• Diagnose client problems, guide decisions, and propose solutions with clear narrative and data support.
• Collaborate with research customer success to deliver scalable partner experiences and support sales in new development.
• Generate original insights and content in assigned areas for blogs, briefings, and presentations.
