Job summary

ADP is seeking a Compliance Solutions Relationship Manager to act as the strategic partner and advocate for a high-revenue client portfolio. You will lead relationship governance, align client objectives with ADP solutions, and collaborate across Sales, Service, Implementation, and Product to ensure healthy outcomes.

You will manage executive engagements, drive client satisfaction, and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining risk controls and a premier client experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer success or strategic account roles with Fortune 100 clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-revenue accounts and multi-stakeholder exec reviews.
• Strong executive-level presentation and strategic planning experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Service leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work remotely near client base.
• Understanding of compliance, payroll, HCM, or workforce solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic relationship owner for assigned clients, ensuring health and outcomes.
• Engage executives, payroll leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives.
• Lead Service Performance Reviews and Executive Briefings.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for growth.
• Manage client risk, retention, and renewal strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
