Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Compliance Solutions Relationship Manager to advocate for a portfolio of high-revenue clients and to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.

You will lead governance and coordinate across ADP teams to deliver a seamless client experience. You will develop Client Account Success Plans, conduct Service Reviews, and partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Leadership to align ADP solutions with client strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Sales, or Consulting roles in HCM, Payroll, ERP, HR or related software/services.
• Experience managing complex, high-revenue accounts with multi-stakeholder executives.
• Proven ability to identify expansion opportunities and align solutions to client strategy.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and briefings, including Service Reviews and strategic planning.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Service leadership to drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic relationship owner for assigned clients, maintaining accountability for relationship health and outcomes.
• Build deep knowledge of each client’s objectives, compliance and payroll strategies, and long-term goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives with guidance aligned to desired outcomes.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and Finance to build strong relationships.
• Lead client briefings, share HCM and compliance insights, and communicate value of ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to support expansion opportunities and align solutions to client strategy.
• Manage contract amendments and renewals with internal partners to ensure smooth experiences.
