Envestnet is seeking a Strategic Relationship Management Director to deepen and expand relationships with key RIA and Home Office clients in a primarily remote US role. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning client goals with Envestnet’s ecosystem and driving end‑to‑end revenue growth across strategic accounts.

The role requires 15+ years in financial services, strong senior‑level influencing skills, and experience with wealth technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proven expertise engaging with RIAs and HO clients, including C‑suite executives.
• Strong consultative solutions delivery and growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Drive holistic account management with HO and end‑to‑end revenue ownership.
• Collaborate with FA sales to execute a GTM strategy that drives key plays.
• Orchestrate cross‑sell opportunities with specialists and convert advisor engagement into flows.
• Lead incentive alignment, pricing strategies, and sales enablement support.
• Oversee HO account leadership and MA flow collaboration with Envestnet teams.
• Guide FA focus with HO partner data and activation strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives at client organizations.
• Facilitate 8–12 client meetings per quarter with clear outcomes.
• Leverage market insights to deliver strategic solutions and product recommendations.
