Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, advisory platforms, or asset management sales.
• Proven track record managing territories and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep understanding of the advisory business model, portfolio construction, and financial planning process.
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive plan to accelerate Managed Account sales and adoption.
• Manage a defined portfolio of high-potential advisors with accountability for growth and revenue.
• Drive new advisor acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
• Lead conversations on PMC investment solutions and Envestnet Managed Account capabilities.
• Represent Envestnet at industry events and client meetings; maintain engagement records.
