EFI Global seeks a Strategic Sales Director to drive revenue and expand market presence in the Real Estate unit. You’ll lead national sales strategies, cultivate executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring deep CRE network, proven growth leadership, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. Travel up to 50% is required across national markets.

Competenze

• Ten (10) years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience within the assigned Real Estate market unit is required.
• Strong knowledge of account growth, strategic planning, and relationship management.

• Develops and executes national sales strategies to support growth.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts and industry influencers.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract discussions.
• Provide revenue forecasts and market insights to leadership.
