Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Strategic Proposal Writer to join our Proposals and Contracts team from a home-based US location. The role focuses on FSO & FSP proposal writing within the CRO industry, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft client-winning proposals and contracts.

You'll drive the development process from strategy through delivery, apply market research, and mentor junior team members as you grow into a leadership role within a global CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communications, Design, Business, or equivalent.
• MBA preferred. Fluency in English and local language (written and oral).
• Comprehensive understanding of FSP models, clinical study conduct and contractual frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the proposal development process from strategy through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and sales leaders to develop persuasive content.
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members as you grow into a leadership role.
