Job summary

Parexel International invites a Strategic Proposal Writer to join our Proposals and Contracts team, bringing FSO/FSP CRO experience. You will craft client-winning proposals and contracts, collaborating with senior leaders to differentiate our offerings.

You will manage the proposal lifecycle from strategy through delivery, mentor teammates, and contribute to templates and thought leadership. Fluent English, MBA preferred, with a global mindset and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or equivalent field.
• MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English (and local language) written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive, differentiated proposal content that wins business.
• Own the proposal development process from strategy through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates and contribute to case studies/thought leadership.
• Mentor and support junior team members and grow into a leadership role.
