Job summary

Plus Relocation, based in Minneapolis, seeks a Proposal Specialist to own the RFX/proposal process from intake through submission. You’ll be the primary writer, coordinating with BD, CRDs, SMEs and others to craft compelling content that speaks to each prospect’s needs.

You’ll translate complex technical information into persuasive materials, maintain brand standards, and contribute to other marketing initiatives when proposal activity is lighter. Hybrid or remote US-based options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in proposal writing.
• Experience within the global mobility industry preferred.
• College degree in marketing or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full RFX/proposal process from intake to submission.
• Coordinate responses with the BD team, CRDs, and SMEs.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal responses for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain brand standards across all proposal materials.
• Create brand-compliant supporting materials (Word, Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) for BAFOs.
• Track proposal metrics and report on performance to inform future proposals.
