Procore Technologies seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead the delivery of our most complex professional services engagements, coordinating internal and client resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic objectives and measurable ROI.

You will partner across PS, Technical Delivery, Sales and Product to govern custom SOWs, manage change, and ensure smooth handoffs into delivery, focusing on high-impact enterprise implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery in SaaS or consulting.
• Experience managing projects with budgets > $100k+ and high-stakes enterprise implementations.
• Advanced skills in Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements, from kickoff to delivery and transition.
• Facilitate design workshops and develop project documentation including detailed Gantt schedules and Change Management strategies.
• Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product to execute against custom Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Act as the delivery expert during pre-sales, assisting with scoping engagements, validating timelines, and ensuring a smooth handoff to delivery.
• Maintain a 60-70% billable utilization rate while rigorously managing project margins and change control processes.
• Rigorously manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope; identify and manage scope creep through formal change control processes.
• Serve as primary point of escalation and reporting; provide updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID logs.
