Job summary

Procore is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join its Professional Services team. You will act as the primary delivery lead for our most complex, strategic client engagements, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

You’ll partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product to shepherd custom Statements of Work, drive platform adoption, and ensure measurable ROI across digital transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale billable services deployments.
• Proven track record managing $100k+ budgets in SaaS/consulting.
• Strong skills in Gantt-based scheduling, forecasting, and RAID logging.
• Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% for client on-sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle for complex PS engagements from kickoff to delivery and transition.
• Facilitate workshops and develop project documentation including schedules and Change Management plans.
• Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product to execute SOWs.
• Support pre-sales as delivery expert during scoping and handoff.
• Maintain utilization and manage margins and scope; manage scope creep through change control.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID logs.
