Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead complex enterprise client engagements within Professional Services, orchestrating internal and external resources to deliver on time and within budget.

You’ll partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales and Product to run customized Statements of Work, drive platform adoption, and show measured ROI through transformation. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Project Management, Professional Services and can be

Qualifications

10+ years leading large-scale, billable services delivery in SaaS/consulting.
Strong budget and ROI focus on enterprise implementations.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle of complex professional services engagements from kickoff to delivery.
Develop design workshops and detailed project documentation (Gantt, resource plans, change-management).
Run against custom Statements of Work with various internal teams to ensure alignment.
Act as delivery expert in pre-sales to scope engagements and ensure smooth handoff to delivery.
Maintain billable utilization 60-70% and manage margins and change control.
Escalate and report on milestones, budget burn, RAID logs to stakeholders.
