Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead post-sales relationships and optimize campaigns for a portfolio of advertisers across verticals. You will partner with Account Executives, Client Service teams, and cross-functional groups to maximize campaign ROI.

You'll bring 3+ years of RTB/programmatic experience, hands-on DSP and ad network usage, and a proven track record in retaining accounts and growing revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
• Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or via a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts.
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends.
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs.
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
• Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis.
• In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education.
• Provide Strategic Thought Leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to your clients.
• Travel up to 20% of time
