Hyland, a leader in content services, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to shape pricing and packaging for its SaaS product lines. This remote US role partners with Product Management, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Sales, and Deal Desk to translate market insights into monetization opportunities.

As an individual contributor, you will build models, test hypotheses, and present recommendations to VP and SVP leadership. Strong analytical capability and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in pricing or strategy required.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating market insights into pricing decisions.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pricing and packaging strategy across Hyland's product lines.
• Define pricing for new offerings from concept to launch using market data.
• Link pricing decisions to revenue growth, margins, and portfolio health.
• Build data-driven recommendations with hypotheses and supporting analysis.
• Communicate concepts clearly to VP/SVP and executive leadership.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research including sales input to test pricing.
