LHH in the United States is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its growing team. This role will design and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability while supporting long-term business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical background, pricing strategy experience, and the ability to collaborate across commercial, finance, marketing, and product teams to deliver data-driven pricing actions and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of pricing/analytics experience.
• Experience with pricing strategy and price optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margin performance.
• Manage and enhance pricing models using PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management platform.
• Conduct pricing analyses, market assessments, competitive reviews, and customer segmentation initiatives.
• Evaluate existing pricing structures and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to implement pricing actions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain pricing governance standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor pricing system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to support reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members while working closely with senior pricing leadership.
