Job summary

Recycle Track Systems (RTS) is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist (Customer Care) to manage and grow a book of business with strategic partners. You will focus on retention, contract management, and expanding services within existing accounts while collaborating with internal teams and customers on sustainability goals.

You will use CRM daily to manage opportunities, support service changes, and deliver industry expertise on waste and recycling technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Account Management, procurement negotiations, and/or customer success.
• Experience in the waste and recycling industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Book of Business in Strategic Partnership Team.
• Maintain retention and contracts with customers.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts for new sites and services.
• Attend sales meetings and conduct regular business reviews with Key Accounts.
