Qualifications

• At least five years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or partnerships.
• Ability to cultivate donor engagement and guide prospects toward giving.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing for proposals, reports, and donor comms.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement strategies for mid-level and major gifts.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and advisors.
• Improve donor experiences through cross-functional collaboration on digital journeys and opportunities.
• Represent the organization in donor meetings, conferences, and thought leadership events.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person donor events to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and reporting with finance and partnerships teams.
• Support impact storytelling and donor-facing materials with data and program info.
• Maintain CRM records, track engagement, and measure fundraising progress.
• Lead donor communications and campaigns to align messaging with impact goals.
• Analyze campaigns and events to improve outreach and calls to action.
