Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to decide based on limited information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.
• Understand team dynamics and foster a positive environment.
• High urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentations.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal resources.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Serve as primary contact to customers and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
• Interpret and meet customer expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead project life cycle from initiate to close with planning and control.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and review deliverables; support SOWs and contracts.
• Manage scope, schedule, and costs; implement approved changes.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cost while maintaining quality.
• Track risks and mitigation actions; monitor project performance and report status.
• Support change control with scope documents and estimates.
• Prepare internal and external program status reports.
