Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver on commitments.

You will manage project scope, schedules, risks, and change requests, while maintaining strong customer relationships and clear status reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in project management are preferred; PMI familiarity is a plus. This remote-friendly role offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or understanding of PMI principles (Preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across the life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, internal resources, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Manage scope, schedule, and costs; implement changes and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
