Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships from initiation to delivery. This role requires proactive communication, scope management, and a strong client-service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

You will help plan, execute, and monitor program plans, negotiate statements of work, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI knowledge preferred.
• Flexible in the workplace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Lead project lifecycle activities from initiation to close.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and risks.
• Prepare and present program status and risk reports.
• Support change control and statements of work processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
