Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment delivery and program fulfillment. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires PMI familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The full-time salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with a flexible remote work option and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification preferred or PMI principles understood.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses.
• Act as a point of contact to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project life cycle from initiation to close, ensuring scope and timelines.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to meet goals.
• Monitor quality, manage changes, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare internal and external program status reports.
