Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive the success of its partner ecosystem. You will develop, support, and grow partner capabilities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementations.

The role blends relationship management, enablement strategy, and operational excellence to foster scalable, self-sufficient partner practices and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project or account management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or functional account management for software CPM/EPM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for implementation partners and ensure resources and support.
• Lead regular partner status calls and address delivery concerns.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive OneStream implementation success.
• Guide partner health and future planning with the partner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to route partner issues to the right specialists.
