Corestream is seeking a Director of Partnership Management to own day-to-day management of a growing partner ecosystem. You will drive ongoing initiatives, manage partner relationships, and ensure strong performance across partnership activities.

Collaborate across teams to align priorities, solve problems, and improve how partnerships are managed. This senior role requires ownership, organizational excellence, and proactive communication to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, account management, or program management.
• Experience managing multiple external relationships and delivering results.
• Cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of multiple strategic partner relationships.
• Drive ongoing partner activities and ensure initiatives progress on time.
• Develop and manage clear work plans, timelines, and deliverables for each partner.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to execute initiatives.
• Translate partner needs into actionable plans and next steps.
• Identify risks and drive resolutions to keep programs on track.
• Maintain transparent communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Lead regular partner check-ins and business reviews.
• Track insights on partnership performance and outcomes.
• Continuously improve partnership processes, workflows, and execution models.
