OneStream Software is hiring a Partner Success Manager to drive success across a portfolio of strategic partners in the US and LATAM. You will manage partner implementations, enablement, and program governance, coordinating with Customer Success, Partner Alliances, and Enablement teams to ensure timely delivery and high partner satisfaction.

You will leverage your 5+ years in CPM/EPM consulting or functional account management, plus fluency in English and Spanish, to enable partners with COE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with project management, stakeholder management, or account management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience consulting or Functional account management for software implementations for CPM/EPM platforms.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary liaison for implementation partners and manage project delivery status.
• Maintain partner relationships to drive success of OneStream implementations.
• Provide guidance on partner health and future planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure value delivery for partners.
