Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a Partner Success Manager to drive the success of its partner ecosystem and to develop, support, and grow partner skillsets. You will blend relationship management, enablement strategy, and operational excellence to help partners build scalable, high-performing practices.

You will orchestrate engagement with internal teams, guide partners to appropriate resources, and ensure timely delivery while fostering lasting partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management or account management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of software implementation experience in CPM/EPM.
• Master’s degree and professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for implementation partners and ensure resources and support.
• Own regular partner status calls to discuss project delivery and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive success of OneStream implementations.
• Provide guidance on partner health and future planning with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create value and route requests where needed.
• Drive COE development within partner practices and monitor delivery timelines.
• Develop and deliver partner enablement materials and content.
