• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project, stakeholder, or account management.
• Minimum 5 years consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for implementation partners and provide resources.
• Lead partner status calls and manage delivery timelines.
• Build strong partner relationships to drive OneStream implementations.
• Guide partner health and future planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partner enablement and training.
• Monitor partner-led implementations and advise on timelines.
